1. Operator and agreement

These terms govern your use of the Parlay Sense app and website provided by PARLAY SENSE LLC. By choosing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. Contact [email protected] with questions. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 21 and meet any stricter requirements that apply to you. Use the service only where permitted by applicable law. A Parlay Sense account does not establish eligibility to wager with a separate sportsbook. The private preview is invitation-based; account verification alone does not guarantee research access. Do not share access credentials or evade access, age or location restrictions.

3. What the service does

We provide sports statistics, player and team rankings, historical research, available game context, sportsbook quote comparisons, pick reviews, parlay planning, ticket import and tracking. We do not accept stakes, hold betting funds, place wagers, operate a sportsbook or determine a sportsbook's settlement. Saving or adding a selection to Builder or Tracker does not place a bet.

4. Research and price limitations

Scores describe the available research support, not a calibrated win probability. Streaks, hit rates, rankings and past performance are historical information, not predictions. A model or rule can omit relevant factors or use incomplete information. Opponent, injury, starter and workload information may be unavailable or change.

Prices, lines, schedules, scores and results may be delayed, incomplete, incorrectly matched or unavailable. A price gap compares potential profit if the exact selection wins; it is not a promise of positive expected value or profit. Alternate thresholds and different periods may not be comparable. Confirm the player/team, event, market, period, side, threshold, price and settlement rules directly with the sportsbook before making any decision. Tracker results are informational and may differ from official settlement.

We do not provide individualized financial, investment or professional gambling advice. You remain responsible for your decisions and any losses from separately placed wagers. Nothing here removes rights or protections that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

5. Ticket scanning and your content

Only upload material you are entitled to use. Crop out personal information, balances and barcodes. Selecting Read ticket sends the image through our server to OpenAI as described in our Privacy policy. AI extraction may misread or omit information. Review and correct all selections before saving; imported ticket odds are not verified current offers.

You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit us and our service providers to process and store it only as needed to operate, secure and support the features you request and as described in our Privacy policy. You may remove supported saved content or delete your account.

6. Acceptable use and third-party rights

Use the service for your personal research. Do not access another user's data, disrupt the service, bypass security or rate limits, resell access, or scrape or redistribute data without permission from the relevant rights holder. Our software, branding and design, and third-party content, remain the property of their respective owners. Names and logos identify their sources; they do not imply sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

Sportsbooks and external websites are independent services governed by their own terms. We do not control their availability, decisions, accounts or disputes.

7. Free preview and future membership

The current private preview is free. Viewing a membership preview, taking the tutorial or creating an account does not start a paid trial, subscription or automatic renewal. If we introduce paid membership, the applicable price, trial, renewal, cancellation and payment terms will be shown before you choose to purchase. No purchase is authorized by these preview terms.

8. Availability, suspension and ending use

The preview can contain defects and features or data sources can change or be unavailable. We may limit or suspend access for security, abuse, legal obligations or material breaches of these terms. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken. You can stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. Where applicable law requires notice or other protections, those requirements apply.

9. Responsible use

Do not use betting as a source of income or a way to recover losses. Set time and spending limits and never wager money needed for essentials. You can use Parlay Sense solely for sports research. See Responsible use for research limitations and help resources.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes, update the effective date and provide any notice or acceptance process required by law. Questions about the service, a restriction or these terms can be sent to [email protected], PARLAY SENSE LLC. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
